Hiya my lovelies :-)
Gosh has it really been 3 weeks since my last post??
Time is rapidly running away at the mo what with our wedding now only being two weeks away eeek but yay :-)
I am busy beavering away doing loads of different things for that as well as my normal day job and being a mum oh and going up to my dads for a lovely weekend and squishing in my hen night too!
Honestly the days are just flying away with themselves at the moment!
I have however still managed to squeeze in some time to make beautiful new pieces for you all.
Here are some of them now.
First up is a beautiful double strand bracelet with some deliciously striped beads and a strand of contrasting teenie peanut beads.
I still have 4 more of the striped beads so I will have to see what I can come up with by using them.
This is £10 and is available now all you have to do is give me a nudge and it is yours!
This is a lovely green necklace using a fabulous square hollow bead that has some Czech beads dangling from it.
It is very sparkly when the sun hits it and is also only £10.
All my jewellery prices always include postage so the price you see is the price you pay!
This has been an utter pest to have a photo shoot with.
I have really struggled to get the lighting right so you can see the fabulous purples in it.
I have had it outside, inside, lights on, lights off and so far this is about the best I have been able to get, I will keep trying I am not totally out of ideas yet!!
It is quite a long ish necklace, finishing mid tummy ish and looks really fabulous on.
This is a true timeless piece that you can wear again and again and always get compliments on :-)
Oh whoops nearly forgot to say this is £15 as it also includes earrings, don't fancy the earrings it will just be £10!
Right I think I am going to push off now as my dog has just jumped on me for a cuddle so I shall go and give her a rub behind the lug before she knocks my laptop off my knee!!!!!!
Here she is our red collie dog Li Lou having a chill out on the sofa a while ago, not climbing on top of one of us wanting a cuddle. She thinks she is the size of a lap dog by the way and always wants to jump on you for a cuddle, not realising that actually she is bloomin huge and takes up half the sofa!!!
Right till next time, take care and speak sooooon

New things
Helloooo :-)
How are you all today???
I have as usual been super busy doing a gabillion things all at light speed and not having time to breath and totally forgetting to write a blog again :-(
I will get back on track soon to writing one a week I promise!
I have however been super busy making loads of new things and some which have already been sold and are now in their new home being loved.
Let me show you some of my new pieces and then I will share my other news with you :-)

Here is the second set I made that this time is a double strand bracelet with fabulous round beads and some glass lampwork beads. The matching necklace has a lovely white resin rose slightly offset with a glass focal bead.
This set looks amazing on and is already been loved and worn in their new home :-)
Now for my news :-)
I have been thinking quite a bit about my photos and making Catherynne's Treats a unique brand and not just another business.
So after lots of thinking and a quick poll of what treats you like that you can eat I have made some little polymer clay cakes.
I have made an eclair, a chocolate doughnut covered in sprinkles, lolly, cupcake and a chocolate cake that will feature in my photos taking literally the treats into my work :-)
I hope with these and also I am going to always use the same background to take the photos on you will always know that the photos are mine :-)
So on that note I will show you a couple, please let me know what you think as it is still in the really early stages of being developed!!
First up is a new necklace that I made the other night and is lovely and summery and is £10 which as always includes free postage and has the cupcake I made :-)
I like it but please let me know what you think good or bad!!!
This is a filled memory wire bracelet filled to the brim with blue and white beads and is beautiful to wear and is just £10 and has an eclair next to it! What do you think????
Take care and speak soon

First up is a beautiful triple strand bracelet with some delicately patterned heart glass lampwork beads mixed up with some Czech black beads.
This is £10 and still needs a new home and someone to love it and wear it. It also has a matching necklace and earrings.
This is the matching necklace to the triple strand bracelet just above. It has the same delicately patterned glass lampwork beads and has some beautiful links of black beads with a circle focal ring which is slightly offset which makes the necklace look very pretty.
This is also £10 and when bought with the matching bracelet you will receive a free matching pair of earrings.
This set looks amazing on and is already been loved and worn in their new home :-)

Blue's and pink's and polymer clay scenes!
Helloooo, hellooooo :-)
How are you all this week??? What have you all been up to?
I have been mainly mixing it up between work, wedding preparations (again I know but it is only 7 weeks away now) oh and making some pretty jewellery yay :-)
I am going to start with a two bracelets I made yesterday.
They are on a wire called memory wire which is coils of wire that can be bent and moved to be wrapped round your wrist and it will always spring back to it's original shape. It is nice and easy if you don't like fiddling around with clasps and also they can easily wrap over jumpers if you have quite long sleeves but still want to wear some jewellery and look beautiful.
They are a lovely mix of beautiful blue beads in all different shades too!
The top bracelet has been sold but the bottom one hasn't yet and is only £8 and that includes postage.
If you feel like treating yourself just drop me a message and it can soon be winging it's way over to you!
The next things I have got for you is a pretty in pink bracelet and necklace set, they can be bought separately or together and are £10 each and again that includes postage fees too, so what more of a reason do you need to treat yourself??

Next up is a collaboration between a fantastic business called Izzybeads and myself.
When I went to the Flame Off a while ago I came across a stall with the most amazing glass art beads and treated myself to a beautiful teenie tiny bee and ladybird. They were soo teenie I put them in my purse as I didn't want them getting lost anywhere on the way home. They are literally the size of your little finger nail! :O
They have been sat ever so patiently on a shelf in my bedroom until today.
I finally got out my polymer clay to make them a flower to sit on as they have been begging me for something better than just a shelf.
The main reason for making these their flower was that I bought a few more animals and decided that while I was making one place for them I might as well make another one. So I bought an ever so cute mouse and a mummy and baby pig. This is what I have done for them.

The pigs needed a pig pen and trough and the mouse was just asking for some cheese to nibble on :-)
While I had out the polymer clay I decided to make a monster scene for two monsters I have too.
These monsters LOVE colour and the green one likes to think he is the boss which is why he is up on the wall. However the blue monster is in a world of his own as he is staring into the pond of the future, he can spend all day looking into it!
They are all very happy on the shelf now they have somewhere proper to call their home!
Plus they now have loads more friends too which is always good :-)

I guess that is it for now, I will let you get back to what you were doing before I interrupted you with my ramblings :-)

Oh my gollies.......
Hey lovelies :-)
I need to say a big sorry to you all it has been ages since I last wrote a blog. Time is really zipping away at the moment I am still being a busy Treats lady for you all, in fact I am just about to edit some pictures of two things I made yesterday for you all :-)
So what have I been doing since I checked in with you last time???
I have been tinkering along with treats things for you all I would upload some but Blogger seems to be having a bit of a problem uploading pics tonight :-(
I went over to Tempting Little Charms HQ two weeks ago to have a bit of practice time on a torch ready for when I finally get my kit to start making glass lampwork beads.
I made some fantastic (well I think they are fantastic anyway) beads with lots of different techniques. I made some shaped ones using a brass press, one with loads of bubbles inside, one with a fabulous star inside the bead, one with a foil heart shape too amongst others.
I had so much fun and I really loved watching Keeley at work and seeing her amazing workspace :-)
She has the most fantastic assortment of glass and bead presses it was amazing seeing it all and it has made me really neeeeeeed my kit sooooooon!!!
I have also been really busy with wedding preparations still. I have written out all our place names, written and sorted out the seating plan which was actually not too difficult to do.
Ordered loads of balloons and very pretty table confetti so I can't wait for them to all come in the post plus loads more!
I also made my clutch bag for the day. It is a simple clutch bag with a band of two tone coloured material with a heart brooch in the middle.
When Blogger decides to work again I will put up a post with loads of pictures, it is a beautiful bag and considering it was the first time I had tried a clutch bag I was very impressed with myself whoop :-)
Oooo ooo ooo I almost forgot to tell you I found the most amazing information out this week.
I am going to be doing my own nails for our wedding (I have had a bad experience with a nail lamp so am steering well away from professionals doing my nails again) I watched a You Tube Video about French Manicuring your own nails perfectly. I always struggle to get the line just quite straight.
You paint the end of your nail as normal white but do it further down your nail than you normally would but don't worry about making it neat and tidy. Let it dry then get a spare eyeshadow brush and dip it in acetone nail varnish remover it needs to be acetone as it is very strong and sweep the brush over your nails till you feel the amount of white at the tip is right for you. I tried it a few times and it works so well. The line will always be straight as you are using a brush so hey presto salon perfect nails at home for a fraction of the price!
So lots of different things happening in the world of Catherynne's Treats :-)

Weddings, weddings, weddings :-)
Hellooooo :-)
What a busy week I am having this week :O
So far this week I haven't made many treats things at all as it has been full steam ahead with more wedding preparations.
I have written out what feels like a gabillion wedding invitations, stamped a very cute stamp on the back of the envelope, made a very cute Mr and Mrs Mouse that look like both of us and have glasses and blue eyes :-)
Hmm what else have I done this week for it????
Do you know it has all mingled into a big blob and I feel like I have done so much I can hardly think properly!!
I was taking our dog out for a walk today as I have to budge about half a stone ish before the big day in July to make my dress fit properly as I have put on a smidge of weight since finding my dress 18 months ago. So anyway I was out with the dog and my iPod and our dog is such a pest when she knows where she is going she gets all exited and walks really fast so I decided ok pooch we will run down the road to get to the field where we go even quicker!
Not the best idea I ever had.
Now I have run on and off for a long time, getting into the swing of it and being able to run for a good few miles before I have to stop but I haven't been running at all this year so am out of practice. Plus today I had my coat on with doggy stuff like a big ball in my pockets and the most important bit normal boots on NOT my running shoes! So I am running down the road thinking hmm this isn't too bad till my legs are aching soo much and my feet are sad as I am running in boots that like to be walked in :-(
I think next time the urge hits me I am going to resist it and then put the right clothes on to go running with plus the dear dog will not be there pulling me allover and sniffing every piece of grass going!
So I did get to make some hair bands this week as I found some hair bands I had wrapped with some ribbons ages ago to do something with and then looking through my sewing boxes getting the things for Mr and Mrs Mouse I found some very cute little ribbon roses and I had a light bulb moment of gluing them onto the hair bands I made a while ago so with out further ado I give you hair bands :-)
They are only £4.50 and that includes postage so why not grab yourself one, they are super dooper colours and just right for making yourself feel all pretty and happy :-)
Not bad huh for a light bulb moment :-)
My eldest daughter soon snapped two up but there are still 6 left that need a pretty head to be worn on :-)
Now here are the Mr and Mrs Mouse that I have made to go on our top table at the wedding reception, they are sooo cute, I really love them!
Oh I had best show you our Li Lou, she is such a cutie and she always wants a cuddle and really does give you the puppy dog eyes when she wants one. If she also thinks that if it has been too long since she last had a cuddle she will shove her head in your hand till you do stoke her.
Here she is doing what she does best chilling out on the sofa!
Right I am off as I have got a roast dinner cooking in the oven and it is smelling well lush, so I will catch you all soon.
Take care and speak soon

Ho diddly hum.......
Hmmmmm so this week has passed fairly quick again.
It was the latter end of the Easter school holidays and it seemed like my eldest daughter was only here 5 mins then she was back at school :-(
Making has been slowed down somewhat with having her here as I was doing loads of cool mum stuff with her being here and our youngest daughter loved having her big sis here too :-)
I have also for some reason felt really pants, I feel really deflated and yacky so my creative head has not been on at all apart from making my new amazing storage for my jewellery see my last blog here.
The bead fairy has not been kind at all. I have tried to make some bits and bobs but have ended up putting it all back on the bead tray half made.
I did last week get this very pretty in pink bracelet made :-)
It hasn't sold yet so come and grab it quick while you can.
It is a beautiful heart shaped handmade lampwork glass beads wire wrapped onto some oval links with a hand dip dyed silk ribbon finished off with a delicious rose toggle clasp :-)
I also made a triple strand black and white bracelet but it has sold already, I am not surprised it is a true beauty of a bracelet.
It has my favourite black ceramic beads and has a black strand of chain and a strand of black and white teenie weenie peanut shaped beads that love to ping everywhere but where they should go the pesky little things!!
So on the note that I only have two things to show you here are some other pictures that I can share with you :-)
A cute puppy in a cup because I can :-)
I feel quite like the flat dog on the floor at the moment, not even enough energy to stand up while eating...
Last one because I think you are all ace :-)
So I hope the bead fairies start being nice to me and let my creativity flow soon and I feel back to normal!
Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Take care and speak soon :-)

Homemade Jewellery holder/wall art :-)
Ok so own up who has loads of beautiful jewellery????
I put my hand up for sure since I started making jewellery my collection has grown somewhat!
I have struggled to find a way of storing them properly so they don't get all squished or lost or even just hidden to the back so you forget what it looks like.
I have a very pretty wooden box that houses all my earrings and three of the jewellery hangars shaped like a lady with millions of arms to hold everything on but I have long necklaces that don't fit on properly and I also always despite my earring box never actually moving always manages to loose some earrings under a million others and always get all tangled up :-(
So upon my travels over the blogging world I came across this blog to make your own Earring/clip holder tutorial Here. It is a fabulous idea but I am not a massive fan of painting and it meant I had to go all the way into town and buy an old picture frame and then tinker with it till it is right.
That is all well and good for some people but I didn't fancy that but did like the idea so I took my creative brain to the task of wanting to tidy up my jewellery area.
I love blank canvases, we have loads around the house with various sized prints of hands and feet from my girls and I love them :-)
They are something that you can always treasure and look on very fondly especially those feet ones where there is another foot print as your eldest daughter over balanced and then splatted her foot in the middle of the canvas thus plonking another foot print right in the middle of the canvas!!
So my love of canvases popped out, hmmm what if I went and bought some canvases and then sewed on the lace like in the tutorial???
So I wizzed down the road to a local shop I know has them for not much money and bought a pack of three. Two quite long thin ones and one larger rectangle one.
I found my sewing box with in it various different pieces of lace in and promptly got to sewing two onto the first canvas. I got a bit exited and didn't measure what I was doing so the first strip of lace went on wonkey. The second one went on better and hey presto I was on my way. I put in some drawing pins in the top so I can hang bracelets off it and then did the same with the other thin canvas.
Then off I toddled with my hammer and some nails, bopped some holes in the wall with my toddler watching me thinking I must now be Manny from Handy Manny going bang, bang, bang!
I put up the two thin canvases and got straight onto hanging my earrings off the lace. With it being lace you can hang the earrings anywhere you want to. It doesn't work very well with stud earrings so for that I will still keep my wooden box, plus it looks pretty so am not getting rid of it!
I got too exited to go back downstairs to get the other drawing pins so hammered in panel pins to the top of the larger canvas for my necklaces to hang from.
I put loads of my necklaces onto this after I put it on the wall and wow I can fit so many on it was amazing!!!
I now have a fabulous storage facility for my necklaces, earrings and bracelets and also wall art as it looks damn good in the corner of my room :-)
I am pleased as punch with it and so much so now I can see everything I spent bloomin ages trying to decide which jewellery I was going to wear today!!!!!
Looking at these it does look quite cluttered still but trust me it is not.
I can see everything straight away and everything is nicely spaced out with the two thin canvasses for earrings and most of my bracelets with a couple of necklaces.
The necklace one I can see all of the perfectly and go hmmmmmmmmmm which one today.
I still have some on the three jewellery stands on my bedside cabinet :-)
How cool does it all look now!
Oh this was a before shot I took a while ago, I could never see what I had as it was all a massive jumble of beads :-(
This is one of those it looks better in real life than in the photos lark though. These make my corner look all dingy but believe me it is not, it is lovely and bright and now all my jewellery is a lovely focal point in our bedroom :-)
Not bad for only £5 eh

Take care and speak soon
